I am Thankful to have a quilt finished that was begun back in about 1983. My daughter started it in her Aunt Linda(Brannock's) class. It was a sampler, quilt as you go, so I put on the borders and quilted in the sashing and it is now finished. Wow, how many years it that.?
Since this is my year to finish the unfinished, I am now starting to finish a Christmas wall hanging.
When we combine quilting and rug hooking's Christmas parties, I found I didn't need this gift, so I laid it aside. Now is the time to finish it.
One other thing today, I have discovered a wonderful book. If you read it and embrace it, you will be amazed how your Faith will grow. It is exciting to say the least.

Thanksgiving! I thought the holidays had rolled around again. LOL!
ReplyDeleteThat is an old UFO but persistence pays off. I end up passing my UFO's on to a friend who finishes projects in some form or another. Good finish. Linda can be proud that her sister and niece stuck to it.
We need to see Robin's whole quilt please. Congratulations on a big check mark next to that UFO! Karmen
