If you have ever been a follower of "Of Petal and Wool" for some reason she has been locked out of her gmail account and blogger and can't even seem to reset her password, so she has a new blog"More Petals and Wool. I checked in with her new blog but I can't comment! She doesn't have the last two choices that yours does ~ the Name and URL or Anonymous. And I have no email for her or I would ask if she would redo her Comment specs and add those. Blogger is very contrary anymore!!
