This is my little Christmas wall hanging I am trying to get finished. I am going to try to quilt it free motion on my loaner featherweight. If I can't do it, I will hand quilt it.
Here is some fabric Debbie at the shop bought and gave me. Debbie, Linda H., Peggy and Patty hardly ever pass up anything pink with the cancer ribbon on it. They are my support team. Love you guys.

This is a rug Sandy got finished and brought in today to have it surged so she can get it bound. It is a Christmas gift for her son. Great job.

This is what my husband did this morning when he left for the grocery store. He put the kleenex box that is usually on the table beside his chair on the back of his chair and than a little foot stool in his chair so Bubba couldn't get to the kleenex. I hadn't seen this until Bubba started barking his head off about half way across the room from the chair. Never did figure out if he was mad or scared by what he saw. So funny. Darn theres some more of those wires. That is so hubby can get a signal on his cell phone in the house. He has a antenna running out the window.

I love surprises like I received this morning. I had just gotten to work, when I looked around and there was Robin, Vince, and Valerie coming through the door at Saltbox Primitive Woolens. What a fun surprise. They looked at all the new fabric, wool, and decor items in the store and visited a bit. They were on their way home from Robins fathers who lives about 30 miles on past Warsaw. They left to get on home so they could watch MU play
KU. Of course I am rooting for
KU since that is where Vince graduated from. In fact right now
KU is ahead 21-10 Go
Jayhawks.
So surprise number 2 was my husband had picked up some hamburgers for lunch when I got home from work and we were sitting at the kitchen table eating and Bubba was being so good. I looked out the sliding glass door onto the deck and there sat a little chipmunk. I just happen to think chipmunks are one of God's cutest creations. What was so surprising was we have a screened in deck. So before my husband got any idea's about how to eliminate this little cutie, I went out on the deck and opened the door to the yard to let him hopefully fine his way out.
Surprise number three, when we finished with the chipmunk and came in Bubba was sitting in my chair at the table eating the rest of my hamburger. Had to laugh. This dog is only 5 months old and the dog whispers says 8 months to 2 years is when most dogs are given up for adoption. Those are the teen age years in a dog when they act like typical teenagers, rebellious and challenging. So I wonder what we have to look forward to .
We'll talk soon again I hope.
